We Bettered Our Best! Introducing MY ASICS 2.0 for iOS and Android

MY ASICS for iOS and AndroidToday we’re happy to announce the new MY ASICS app for iOS and Android — get the new app in iTunes or the Google Play store for free.

Since launch, we have expanded to 170 countries worldwide, we are now available in 13 different languages, and there are now almost half a million runners that train with MY ASICS. 91% of our marathoners improved their best time, and 78% of all MY ASICS runners that followtheir plan achieve their goals. You make us look good.

The new MY ASICS app is a major upgrade that we can be proud of — you asked for it, so we built it.

MY ASICS now features native in-app plan generation. You can create, preview and cancel running plans directly in the app. Plans can also automatically sync from your mobile device to web, so no matter where you log in, your runs and plan are up-to-date. We’ve also completely redesigned the “plan view” to make it easier for you to track your training, and get more out of your runs.

One of our major improvements is one you can’t see. Our main goal at MY ASICS is to provide the right frequency, volume and intensity of training so you can get a sufficient amount of rest and train more effectively. As is such, MY ASICS training plans also now adapt as you run. Our experts at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science developed a completely new set of improvement curves to enable our technology better analyze your runs and recalculate future runs so you can stride with confidence toward your goal. You can also manually adjust run pace for complete control.

MY ASICS plans and apps are still free, and always will be. We currently offer plans for marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km, 10 mile and 5 mile distances. Set your mind and feet to it, and you will achieve.
